    Marketing site live at lexgoinvest.ai

    The public site for the LexGo Invest round is live. Investors can read the round overview, the corporate structure between AIDirect and LexGoAI, and the product portfolio, then submit an application at /apply to begin third-party accreditation verification.

    Skule in production at skule.ai

    Skule, the legal training and certification platform, reached production at www.skule.ai. Third LexGoAI product in production after LexGoAI core and Resolve.

    Brand lock for the LexGo Invest identity

    Final palette and wordmark direction locked: navy + teal + gold accent, family-derived from the existing LexGo wordmark. PDF templates and Open Graph imagery render programmatically from the brand tokens.

    Parallel Markets selected as the accreditation-verification provider

    Reg D 506(c) requires third-party verification of accredited-investor status. Parallel Markets is the primary provider — modern API, reusable-identity Passport for return investors, and the continuous-compliance product handles 90-day re-verification automatically. EarlyIQ is documented as a swap-target.

  5. May 18, 2026

    Round structure locked: post-money SAFE on a C-corp basis

    AIDirect, LLC and LexGoAI, LLC will convert to Delaware C-corporations before the round. Instrument is a YC post-money SAFE (cap-only by default; MFN available on request). No LOI step — investors go from portal vetting to Subscription Agreement + SAFE at close. Delaware governing law throughout. Counsel owns the final form.
