Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AIDirect, LLC and LexGoAI, LLC (together, “LexGo Invest,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, share, and retain personal information in connection with this marketing site (www.lexgoinvest.ai) and the related investor portal (app.lexgoinvest.ai).

The investor portal is governed by its own in-portal Terms and the executed Subscription Agreement. This policy governs only the marketing site and the initial /apply submission flow.

From the /apply form, you submit:

• Legal name, email, phone, and state of residence
• Investor type (individual / joint / SDIRA / entity / trust / fund)
• Expected check size bracket
• Vehicle through which you intend to invest
• Source-of-funds disclosure
• Method of accreditation you intend to use

We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank statements, or other supporting accreditation documents through this site. Those are submitted directly to our third-party verification provider (see §4).

• To send your submission to our accreditation-verification provider for processing.
• To review and either approve, defer, or decline your application.
• To communicate with you about the round, the portal, and your account.
• To meet our Reg D Rule 506(c) recordkeeping obligations and any related state-blue-sky notice filings.

We use a small number of service providers; we do not sell your information to anyone.

• Parallel Markets — accredited-investor verification. After you submit /apply, Parallel Markets contacts you directly to collect the documents required for verification (tax returns, brokerage statements, or a written confirmation from your CPA / attorney / RIA / broker-dealer). We receive only the verification certificate and status; we do not see the underlying documents.
• Postmark (or another reputable transactional-email provider) — for transactional email such as magic-link login and notification messages.
• Hetzner — hosting infrastructure for the marketing site, investor portal, database, and document storage. All inside the European Economic Area or U.S. depending on the surface; details available on request.
• Anthropic — large-language-model provider that powers the in-portal investor agents. Investor questions and the bounded grounding corpus for each agent are sent to the model on a per-query basis; no investor-identifying fields are transmitted with the query.

We retain investor and offering records for the longer of (a) seven years following the final close of the offering or (b) such period as required by applicable securities law, in the spirit of SEC Rule 17a-4. Verification certificates expire 90 days after issuance per the Rule 506(c) safe-harbor framework; we may re-trigger verification before any new investment is permitted on a stale certificate.

Personal information at rest is column-level encrypted in our database for the most sensitive fields (such as Social Security number, tax identification number, date of birth, and home address — none of which are collected through this site). Investor-uploaded documents inside the portal are stored in MinIO with server-side encryption and short-TTL signed URLs. Access is role-based; only Admin and Counsel roles can view investor records, and every access is recorded in a hash-chained audit log.

Subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations under §5, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Securities-law retention requirements may prevent us from deleting some records during the retention window; in that case we will explain the basis for the retention and the date on which the record becomes eligible for deletion. The marketing site uses only the cookies required for the site to function (e.g. dismissing the bottom-of-page Reg D disclaimer banner). We do not currently load third-party analytics, ad trackers, or session-replay tools. If we add analytics, this page will be updated and the change announced in our news feed.

The offering is open only to accredited investors as defined by SEC Regulation D. The marketing site and the portal are not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy as the round and our operations evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” stamp at the top of the page and announced on the news feed.
