The thesis

The Legal Services Provider category — Lighthouse, Consilio, KLDiscovery, and the long tail of regional firms — has run on a people-and-process model for two decades. First-pass reviewers, processing technicians, hosting administrators, project managers: most of the labor is reactive to volume rather than substantive legal judgment. AI compresses that model. AIDirect is built to operate at the new compression ratio from day one rather than retrofitting it onto a legacy services business.

Law firms want to use AI on their cases but typically lack the internal staffing to manage the technology, the data, and the quality assurance themselves. AIDirect serves as the operating arm: the firm refers the matter, AIDirect handles the AI-leveraged service delivery, and the firm receives the same deliverables they'd expect from any LSP — privilege logs, production sets, hosted corpora — with a different cost structure underneath.

What we offer

The four primary services are the bread-and-butter of the LSP category, re-engineered on the LexGoAI platform. Consulting and education sit alongside as adjuncts.

• eDiscovery — collection, culling, and review prep with LexGoAI handling first-pass classification.
• Document review — first-pass coding by LexGoAI, second-pass QC by AIDirect reviewers, output formats matching industry-standard review platforms.
• Data hosting — secure hosting of case data on AIDirect-managed infrastructure with LexGoAI integrations for in-place querying.
• Processing — ingestion, deduplication, format normalization, and threading of unstructured legal data via LexGoAI pipelines.
• Consulting — AI strategy and implementation for law firms and in-house teams. Adjunct to the service-delivery work.
• Education — workshops and certification programs on AI for legal practitioners, delivered through Skule.

Relationship with LexGoAI

AIDirect holds the exclusive marketing rights to LexGoAI's product portfolio for commercial customers in the U.S., under a written service agreement. In practice this means law firms adopting AI-leveraged services for the first time go through AIDirect rather than licensing the technology directly — AIDirect carries the operational complexity (data security, QC, project management) on the firm's behalf.

The two companies transact at arm's-length on the service agreement; cross-flows are reported separately on each entity's books. See Disclosures §6.
